(..) What the hell happened to her? Medical and Red Team's findings were preliminary but consistent. It appears to have been a slip and fall. Cervical fracture, massive hematoma. No guests or hosts in the vicinity when it occurred. Any idea what she was doing out there? None that fit her character. (..)
