Definition

  • noun: a computer logic circuit that produces an output that is the inverse of that of an OR circuit
  • used after 'neither' to show something is also not true, possible, allowed, etc.

  • The movie is 'neither fish nor fowl'—it's not really a comedy, but it's too lighthearted to be called a drama.
